#HerNetHerRights: stop violence against women & girls in the digital sphere!

[Brussels, 16 June 2017] The European Women’s Lobby is happy to present its new project #HerNetHerRights! #HerNetHerRights aims to raise awareness on the reality of violence against women and girls in the digital sphere, to bring diverse actors from across Europe together through an online conference on 12 October, and to come up with innovative solutions and policy recommendations to fight online male violence and create a safer, more inclusive web for all women and girls.

In light of the online conference of 12 October, and of the resource pack we are preparing (to be launched on 25 November), we are gathering data, stories, innovative initiatives, a stakeholders’ map, policy analysis and recommendations. EWL members are actively sharing their experience and work, so that we have a perspective from the diversity of European countries.

If you want to contribute to this research, and share a story (including a personal one, and it can remain anonymous), a good practice, a great initiative/contact, a survivor’s voice, an impactful project, please don’t hesitate! Email us to hernetherrights@gmail.com.

Keep an eye on EWL social media and website to find out more about the online conference and our resource pack!
