[Brussels, 19 November 2012] In a report of 10 November 2012 for the Ukranian TV Channel INTER, EWL Policy Officer and Project Coordinator Pierrette Pape is interviewed to give the perspective of the European Women’s Lobby on the new regulation promoted by the Mayor of Ghent (Belgium) affecting women in prostitution.
The EWL rejects the Mayor’s underlying assumption that prostitution has a “social value”.
