Internships at the European Women’s Lobby Secretariat - Brussels

The EWL Secretariat has an internship programme supported by all staff members, which involves each year a number of young interns providing them with a practical insight into the political work on gender equality at European level and the functioning of the European Union institutions.

For many years, EWL has offered internship placements for varying periods of time, which have been productive, inspiring and stimulating for both the interns and the EWL team. The EWL Secretariat in Brussels currently offers the following possibilities for a placement:

1) 3-months internships for students and within the framework of academic requirements and in the case of third level/ongoing education programmes (for example, the Lenonardo Programme), for which the intern will not be paid by EWL but will be financially supported by the programme or a grant.

If you are interested in an unpaid internship, please download the application form and return to Cécile Gréboval, EWL Programme Director.  For any questions or points of clarification, please contact: Cécile Gréboval: greboval@womenlobby.org - Tel +32 (0)2.217 90 20

2) Paid internships

The EWL Secretariat also has a paid internship programme. The next call for applications for a paid intern should be published on this website and in the EWL Newsflash in the spring 2011. It is possible to apply for a paid internship only when there is an open call for applications.
