The EWL and its Brussels based Secretariat are looking to recruit a full time administrator. The person will work under the direction of the Secretary General and will be responsible for general administrative duties. The ideal candidate that EWL is looking for a highly organised, dynamic, independent and very attentive to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work both in English and in French, and will have previous experience in secretarial work.

The EWL Secretariat runs an internship programme aiming to provide students and recent graduates with a practical insight into political work on women’s rights and equality between women and men at European level and the functioning of the European Union institutions.
There exist only two internship possibilities with EWL – you are advised to carefully read the following information prior to any application.
There is also the possibility to do an unpaid internship with our Administration Team. Please fill in the application form (click here to download it), and send it to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
One or two Paid internships for a period of six-months are selected through a Call for Applications each year. Please note that it is not possible to apply for a paid internship when there is no open call for applications.
There is currently no open call for a paid intern. Please sign up to the Newsletter to stay informed.
There is currently one possibility for an unpaid internship at the EWL: it is a two-month placement during the summer 2013, working on communication and fundraising at the EWL Secretariat.. In order to apply, please fill in the attached form (specific form related to this specific internship) and send it back to Pierrette Pape email@example.com, by Monday 3 June 2013 at the latest.
The EWL regularly welcomes unpaid interns, all year long, for internships of usually 3 months, sometimes longer. We will be looking for interns starting in December 2013 and therefore welcome all applications until end of September 2013. (application form below)
