Our Work

The Programme Unit supports EWL members and other feminist organisations by connecting them to tools and trainings to help them grow and sustain themselves financially, as well as advocate at a regional or National level for more and better funding for women’s organisations and movements.

To guide small organisations through the resource mobilisation process, we host a webinar series focusing on the basic of fundraising, and lead Brussels-based fundraising workshops during our General Assembly. We aim to roll out further tools in 2017, so stay tuned!

AWID Database of Donors Funding Women’s and Feminist Orgs
The Association for Women’s Rights in Development (AWID) has recently launched a searchable donor list to facilitate feminist and women’s rights organisations in finding the funders that can support them. The list currently comprises of 221 potential donors who fund women’s rights and it is possible to search according to region, the type of funding you are looking for and the priority issue the funding is needed for.
